All classes are instructed by certified professionals.

All aerobic room and swim classes will be held at the Powerhouse Gym in San Jacinto.

    Until further notice, ALL AGES are welcome in the aerobic room class at 4pm Fridays. There will be no second class at this time.

     
     
    March and April
     
     
     Fridays (except 3rd Friday) aerobic room from 4-5 (pm). 
    There will be no swim program effective January 2010. We hope to resume this program during the summer.
     New programs coming in 2010! Stay tuned~ 
     
     
     Location: Powerhouse Gym in San Jacinto
     
     Note: Every 3rd Friday of the month, we will meet at the Cops 4 Kids building at 1280 S Buena Vista Suite B from 4-5pm. (map)
    We'll be learning about shadow boxing, using the weight machines, and play various games.

     EEK and Friends Family Bowling League*

     Bowling is every Wednesday at AMF in Hemet. Practice starts at 4:45pm and games begin at 5pm. Please download the forms below and bring them with you. Thank you!
